数字受众

Through our Interactive Services, you can build digital audiences using Bombora data for your media-buying platforms or data exchange partners. These audiences are priced according to Bombora’s current rate card. If you enter a lower rate in the digital audience builder, you are responsible for paying the difference.

AI Services

1. The following terms shall apply when you access or use  the Website for Bombora’s suite of artificial intelligence features, conversational interfaces, automated workflows, and developer tools (collectively, the “AI Services”). 
2. Description of AI Services
   • Bombora’s AI Services utilize natural language processing (“NLP”), machine learning architectures, and proprietary Application Programming Interface (“APIs”) to streamline data orchestration, asset creation, and system interoperability. These services include, but are not limited to:

• • • In-Platform Conversational Agents: Interfaces that interpret natural language prompts to generate platform assets, including without limitation,  digital audiences, filters, or account lists (including manual/standard, derived, intent, and measurement list types) or AI agents that derive summaries and insights.
    • External & Third-Party Integrations: AI-native interfaces, Model Context Protocol (“MCP”) servers, and Agent-to-Agent (“A2A”) communication channels that expose account list data, enable external programmatic queries, and push proactive data event notifications to third-party AI systems.

3. Account List and Asset Creation

When utilizing AI Services to build business assets within the Bombora UI or via service-to-service communication:

• Automated Structuring: The AI Services will attempt to map your plain-language business goals into specific technical parameters (e.g., appropriate list types or Company Surge thresholds).
• User Verification Required: Because business logic mapping via AI is probabilistic, you retain sole responsibility for verifying that any generated account list or audience accurately reflects your business criteria prior to deployment in external marketing, sales, or data workflows.

4. External Access, MCP, and A2A Workflows

If you connect external AI systems, automated workflows, or third-party platforms to Bombora’s AI Services:

• Authorized Agency: You acknowledge that any query, creation command, or data modification initiated by an external AI system or agent authenticated under your credentials will be deemed an action authorized by you.
• Data Egress & Notifications: Bombora is not responsible for how third-party consumers, MCP applications, or external agents process, interpret, or store the account list data and event notifications pushed from Bombora’s infrastructure.
• Rate Limiting & Security: Bombora reserves the right to throttle, limit, or suspend external AI queries or A2A interfaces to protect platform stability or prevent abusive automated behavior.

5. Input and Input Restrictions

You are solely responsible for the prompts, instructions, business goals, and data arrays you feed into the AI Services (“Inputs”). You agree not to provide any Inputs that violate the Content Standards.
