Amy Cridlebaugh VP of People
Bio
Amy leads all Human Resources activities at Bombora. As VP of People, she is responsible for leading organizational development, ensuring a healthy company culture, and collaborating with teams to help Bombora continue to grow and scale rapidly.
Amy has over 20 years of experience building and cultivating HR systems that function effectively for employees at all levels. She has focused particularly on driving organizational success through effective and efficient talent programs and processes, which has led to positive, engaging, and productive workplaces.
Prior to Bombora, Amy developed and grew the people function at Open Technology Solutions, a financial technology firm in Denver. Before that, Amy spent nearly 5 years at Charles Schwab, where she partnered closely with executive leaders on all talent initiatives and focused on process optimization to drive scale and efficiency for the HR function. Earlier in her career, Amy held broad HR roles in a variety of industries, including healthcare, transportation, and financial services.
Amy holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the University of Colorado and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Psychology and HR Management also from the University of Colorado. She also holds her SPHR certification.
