Kirsten leads all Human Resources activities at Bombora. As VP of Human Resources, she is responsible for leading organizational development and collaborating with teams to help Bombora continue to grow rapidly in revenue and staff.

Kirsten has over 20 years’ experience building and cultivating HR systems that function effectively for employees at all levels. She has focused particularly on driving organizational initiatives and employee development, establishing positive, engaging and productive cultures, and directing talent acquisition and performance management.

Prior to Bombora, Kirsten established the people function at thelab, a creative technology agency in NYC. Before that, Kirsten held progressive HR roles at Thomas, one of Bombora’s Data Co-op partners, where she helped launch and grow one of the company’s most profitable divisions. Her management coaching and training programs were also critical for developing the company’s mid- and senior-level executives. Earlier in her career, Kirsten held training and development roles at AFS, an international exchange organization, and Amalgamated Bank, a privately owned bank headquartered in NYC.

Kirsten holds a Masters of Science in Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from American University. She is also certified in the Myers Briggs Type Instrument.
