From startup to top Saas: Bombora ranks #81 on SaaS 1000 List
April 11, 2018
Following recent customer, staff, and revenue growth, Bombora has been featured on the SaaS 1000 list of the top SaaS companies for Q1 2018. 2017 achievements include 100% revenue growth, year-over-year and a client base featuring IBM, Salesforce, Lenovo, and Juniper.
“Making this list of the fastest growing SaaS 1000 companies – and finding ourselves within the top 100 – is a great honor and distinction. We’ve grown every quarter since opening our doors, and it’s clear that B2B marketers and sales teams are standardizing around our Intent data. We’ll continue to build out our products and functionality in the coming year, further making our Company Surge® data part of the connective fabric in the B2B marketing space,” said Bombora CEO, Erik Matlick.
Across its three offices in New York, San Francisco, and Reno, Bombora increased its staff to almost 100 employees in the first quarter of 2018. Key new hires were made in senior people operations, as well as senior sales talent and customer support staff.
Noteworthy strategic partnerships have also been formed with platforms like Marketo, which made Bombora Company Surge® Intent data available to B2B marketers and sales teams within its platform. The partnership will improve lead scoring models, prioritize companies with active intent, and orchestrate account-based strategies.
Bombora’s flagship product, Company Surge®, couples the largest source of B2B Intent data with proprietary data science methods to identify when businesses increase content consumption around 5,300+ B2B topics. Unlike any other behavioral data segments, Bombora Company Surge® delivers Intent data on the account level, allowing marketing and sales to work in tandem to prioritize the target prospect accounts that appear to have the highest likelihood of making a purchase decision.
