Kirsten Faurot, Bombora’s Chief People Officer, leads all Human Resources activities. Working closely with the executive team, she oversees organizational development to drive the company’s rapid growth.
Prior to Bombora, Kirsten established the people function at the lab, a creative technology agency in NYC. Previously, Kirsten held progressive HR roles at Thomas (a B2B sales and advertising platform), helping launch and grow one of its most profitable divisions. She also led training and development at AFS and Amalgamated Bank.
Kirsten holds a Master of Science in Organizational Psychology from Baruch College and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from American University. She is also certified in the Hogan Executive Assessment Suite and the Myers Briggs Type Instrument.
