To reset your password, go to the Bombora Data User Interface and click the ‘Reset Password’ button below the email login. An email will be sent to your inbox with reset instructions. If you do not see an email, please check your spam/junk folder. If you are having any issues, please reach out to Bombora Support.

We add over 1,000 topics every quarter. The instructions to submit a new topic suggestion can be found here.

If you notice that a company has changed its name or domain, please reach out and let us know. We will make sure their new company name is added with a new topic_id and that this new topic accounts for their previous and current mentions. Once the new topic is accepted into the taxonomy you will see that the Company Surge^® scores are the same for both topics and you can begin using the updated one.

Fewer than 1% of the topics in our 21,600+ topic taxonomy are duplicates. While we continuously refine our automated detection, occasional duplicates in our taxonomy arise due to subtle name variations, corporate rebranding, or the proactive consolidation of highly similar concepts to deliver cohesive data. When we are made aware of duplicated topics, they yield the same scale and insights so there isn’t an implication of using one versus another.

Yes. Your internal Bombora Administrator is able to add seats.

• When logged into the Bombora Interface Insights, click on the orange circle icon on the top right side of the screen.
• Select “Account Settings” from the drop down. Click on the button “Add User”.
